- Disable MD052 and tune MD054 for flexible link and image styles. - Remove MD035 horizontal-rule style rule. Made-with: Cursor

- Replace local Express dev server with npx adp-devsite-utils dev. - Add build, lint, link-check, and redirect-check scripts from the shared toolkit. - Remove express devDependency and package-lock.json (tooling invoked via npx). Made-with: Cursor
