Why
Nano's target discovery topics are already live, but its conversion and release surfaces lag the implementation: GitHub still shows a July v0.1.0 release, the README hides the PyPI install path, and the status page contradicts the beta classifier. The Intent and project-intelligence features added after package 1.0.12 also need a real release.
