Why

Nano's target discovery topics are already live, but its conversion and release surfaces lag the implementation: GitHub still shows a July v0.1.0 release, the README hides the PyPI install path, and the status page contradicts the beta classifier. The Intent and project-intelligence features added after package 1.0.12 also need a real release.

Changes

• add a first-screen PyPI install, PyPI/star badges, concise navigation, and an animated CLI demo
• keep the GIF reproducible with assets/make_demo_gif.py
• prepare package 1.1.0 and regenerate version-bound receipt goldens
• add a changelog, release runbook, and manual OIDC PyPI publish workflow
• reconcile the status page with shipped typing, indicators, Intent, project search, and the beta classifier
• improve package-index description and expose Issues/Changelog links
