Prepare the first coordinated 1.0.0 stable release for all 65 packages, replacing the unpublished beta.10 candidate. Define public API compatibility, maintenance and experimental capability boundaries; add production configuration and preview migration guidance. Record production usage as maintainer-reported, without inventing workload metrics or extending the paper's evidence.
The protected OIDC release targets latest only after complete artifact and registry verification. npm publisher configuration remains incomplete; publication is explicitly pending.
Validation: 49 focused version, cohort and direct-publication tests passed; adoption documentation and public-surface audits passed. Full CI remains required before merge.
