インデクサーを使ったディレクトリツリーの代入時、リンク辞書がどうなっているか確認

インデクサーを使ったディレクトリツリーの代入時、リンク辞書の更新が考慮されてない気がする。

RefreshLinkDictionaryメソッドでも対応できていない。

RefreshLinkDictionaryメソッドで指定されたパス以下のディレクトリツリー中のリンクパス全てに対して処理すればいいかも。
