• Added Refactor encoding dimensions and improve metadata handling

Note:- The mkv file will be poorly decoded wit early release, use the code instead

1. Also the mkv files encoded with version 1.0.0 will not be propely decoded with this version(due to 2 bytes in the starting) use old version instead and then re-encode with this version
