We are developing a code that will make plant microscopy imaging easier and functional. We hope to develop a code that will be able to identify protoplasts, mark them and calculate the area and the fluorescence of different images.
- Reduce image noise
- Analyze the images via thresholding and segmentation
- Calculate the average protoplast size
