After rebooting, brightness was defined by constant value BRIGHTNESS. Now its value is loading from EEPROM.

После перезагрузки лампа включалась с дефолтным значением яркости BRIGHTNESS. Теперь отправка значения яркость в фастлед происходит после загрузки всех параметров из еепром.
