🔍 풀이 방법
dp[i][j] = 레이팅을 각각 i, j만큼 올리기 위해 필요한 최소 문제 수로 정의
ndp[i][j] = dp[i-I][g-G] + 1
ndp를 dp값에 min으로 갱신해줬다.

200을 넘으면 고정 상수로 처리해야 해서 까다로웠다
