ParticleDatabase: Added particle a2(1320) in the O2Database accroding to latest PDG

-- Particle a2(1320) was added for the glueball study in the O2Database.
-- The mass and width are taken from the PDG 2024.
-- The lifetime is not available, so it is set to the 1e-24 as done for other resonances.
-- BR is set to 100% for the decay mode to KsKs channel, which will be the channel used in the study.
