prod-202101-15: Changes to PWGHF embedding script

* clusters need to be sent per sector to prevent
  ROOT serialization problems
* tpc-reco: constrain to given number of cores
  (otherwise benchmark might be slightly wrong when
   executed on many-core architectures)
