Release notes:

• Detailed gender reporting has been removed by IPEDS and replaced with a request for Sex Unknown counts instead. This affects 12-month Enrollment, Fall Enrollment, and Completions. We will continue to use the GenderDetail column in your starting data frame to determine "Unknown" -- anyone not coded as 1 or 2 (M/W) will be recoded as "Unknown". See the "Set up your data..." documentation for more details. This means, practically, you can keep producing your GenderDetail information as-is, if you want, and any non-binary values will be set to Unknown. We kept the column name as GenderDetail to allow for this possibility. Because Admissions is new, we have opted to use the same column names as above for consistency.
• HR upload file column names were changed to match IPEDS requirements; this does not affect the required user fields
• Admissions only supports the parts that provide counts and test score percentiles by demographics. It does not include the "informational" questions or the waitlist questions. These can be an area of future development, if we hear a desire for that from our users. Because ADM is a partial uploadable, you may need to answer your initial ADM questions in the IPEDS keyholder portal before your uploaded data will appear on the site.

Release notes:

• Outcome measures has an updated column name "CohortStatus" to track exclusion information formerly requested by the Exclusion column. This column name change was previously made in the underlying code, but not on the "Set up your data page". This has now been rectified. Some support for the original column name is present, but may be removed in the future.
• Detailed gender reporting has been removed by IPEDS from the Graduation Rates survey. The package has removed or deprecated those elements. Keeping the GenderDetail column in your starting data frame will not cause problems; it will simply be ignored.
• The 12 Month Enrollment initial data now requires an additional column to flag students who are in high school but taking courses for credit in a specific dual-enrollment program (vs in some other kind of program). Even if your school does not have any such students, please include the new column. Check the "Set up your data..." documentation for more details.
• Some internal changes were made to provide better compatibility with the R ecosystem (roxygen, tidyselect, CRAN checks) as it continues to progress and to some cosmetic elements of the package. This should not have any practical effect on end users.

• Produce functions assume by default that you ARE able to report students of Another Gender. Update the ugender and/or ggender arguments to FALSE if your institution cannot do so this year. Either way, you must include a GenderDetail column in your starting data. If your Another Gender counts are small enough to require masking, the package will apply that masking for you. See the "How to use this package" documentation for more details.
• The 12 Month Enrollment initial data now requires an additional column to flag students who are dual-enrolled in High School and taking courses for credit. Even if your school does not have any such students, please include the new column. Check the "Set up your data..." documentation for more details.
