Prioritize Oliva/Ani and Eko/Sai on native Codex over daimon-cluster, with ordinary SSH access and a dedicated Telegram bot per embodiment. Require complete bot data before enrollment, preserve the full existing HMK/SOUL/skill history, and carry the CompAII pilot's observed setup and Telegram lessons into reusable receiving procedures.

The cohort runbook includes a forwardable export request so each source pair can prepare a complete private packet in one pass. Source's selected baseline, recipient identity and attributed lineage remain distinct from a published species release or signed recombination. Historical skill generalization follows pair evaluation and collective adoption after launch.

Closes #244
Claim-ID: 73e26304-75a8-475c-84e9-7b65108ae1f4
Deployment: none

Tests

  • git diff --check.
  • All 11 relative Markdown documentation links resolve.
  • tools/check_frozen_invariants.py passes with the verified collective-memory contract root: 87 package modules and generated artifacts current.

Documentation only. No enrollment, credential transfer, memory mutation, VM provisioning or new listener is performed by this PR. Telegram runtime changes have their own owning repository and qualified rollout.
