Description
Migrate the native example to Expo SDK 57 development builds and generate Android/iOS projects with Prebuild. Update Metro/Babel integration and add CI for Expo Doctor, bundle exports, and both native builds.
Local lint, typecheck, library build, Doctor (21/21), iOS/Android exports, Android APK and iOS simulator build pass. The existing Jest suite runs but contains only one todo.
