Deployment evidence: monitor installed from reviewed 2abe887 archive after run 36711089681 passed. Actual hardened unit succeeded; a subsequent automatic five-minute sample was fresh, zero alerts, zero envelopes, authenticated readiness and served TLS verified. Root grew online to about 48 GiB with 29 GiB available; API/worker/proxy start times and images unchanged, NTP synchronized. Final head 63bd154 passed all seven checks in run 36711972571 before merge. Outbound notifications remain unconfigured; no website, routing or virtualization-host change. |

Scope
Private, bounded five-minute operator diagnostics: root disk/inodes, container health, authenticated API/worker readiness, aggregate queues/recent failures/envelope cleanup, gateway certificate expiry/trust/copy match. Local journal and root-private atomic report with alert deduplication/recovery. No new listener, automatic replay, mailbox access or frontend change.
Evidence
Owner-approved VM-only online LVM expansion: root 24 to 48 GiB, about 29 GiB available; services not restarted. Go race/vet and formatting passed. Linux Python 74 tests, one missing-age skip locally; CI installs age. Focused monitoring and lab-subnet collision tests plus real Docker occupied-candidate acceptance passed. Found and fixed random retained-lab subnet collisions; no existing networks deleted.
All seven CI checks at 2abe887 passed in run 36711089681. Installed only three monitor files from that reviewed archive after target/checksum validation. Actual permanent systemd unit succeeded with zero alerts; timer enabled, private state modes verified; API/worker/proxy start times and images unchanged. Final docs-only evidence commit is awaiting its own exact-head CI before merge.
Limits
No outbound delivery or independent off-host heartbeat; manual DNS renewal remains. Long APPEND can trigger progress warning; monitor never cancels. Runtime stays v0.5.0-rc.1. Virtualization host, VPN, routing and website untouched.
