The docs accuracy pass covered docs/ but the README kept several stale sections: - 'What's New' still described v0.3.1; replaced with v0.4.0 (MIT relicense, FRAUD/EVADE/OBF-004 rules, LLM false-positive suppression, 100% benchmark accuracy) plus the post-0.4.0 monitor overhaul on main. - Continuous Monitoring section predated incremental sweeps, the resumable budgeted baseline, and targeted tiered escalation; rewritten, including the measured registry size (66,512 skills) and the public registry-snapshots branch. - Test count 1,596 -> 1,639 (collected).
