Vec::clone()) linearly proportional to the benchmark concurrency level, giving truer measurements on decoding speed alone.📊 Measured Improvement: The optimization achieved roughly a 5% performance improvement for concurrency levels at 1,000 tasks (1.065 ms baseline vs 1.016 ms optimized), mostly by eliminating memory allocations overhead within the measured loops.
