feat: list running service ports

Summary

• add aster services ports with human-readable and --json output
• report the exact running service set and static/dynamic named ports for each worktree supervisor
• distinguish active allocations from crash-left orphaned listeners while omitting stale metadata
• preserve concurrent supervisor instances and backward compatibility with existing manifests
