Adds a Gazebo model for a large lawnmower.

Tested in SITL

@stephendade, confirmed model loads and runs in Gazebo and can be controlled by AP SITL.

The rover may need a tune, esp. nav controller. There is overshoot in sharp corners.

01-lawnmower-auto

The red rectangle at the front is the cutter blade. Should this be actuated and under AP control? Could add a joint controller, AP control block and suitable parameters.

I've removed the blade, to keep things simple.

There should be a param file in the PR with the tuned nav settings.
