here's a eg of what it should have -

• Follow Coding Standards
• Write Clear Commits
• Submitting SS or Videos while submiiting PR
• Documentation: Update documentation to reflect code changes, including comments and README updates.
• lastly you can add ethical part in one short para

please try to make it more concise and less chatgpt like
