This repository contains the architecture for a concurrent, closed-loop biomechanical homeostasis system. The system manages the real-time integration of mechanical chassis hydraulics, BCI-to-cortex sensory processing, and synthetic metabolic life support.
- Kinetic PID Control: A dampened, derivative-aware control loop preventing hydrostatic stroke during high-G acceleration.
- pH-Responsive Homeostasis: A synthetic hemoglobin-analog simulation utilizing pH-responsive hydrogels to bypass the Bohr Effect bottleneck.
- Enzymatic Bio-Fuel Cell: A thermodynamic bridge that power-strips electrons from systemic glucose to drive mechanical actuators while maintaining neuro-metabolic stability.
- RAID-1 Synaptic Mirroring: An immortality protocol that enforces conservation-of-mass through digital-to-biological synaptic mirroring, preventing the "tumor/senescence" trap.
- Concurrency: Multi-threaded Python architecture (Physics, BCI, Orchestrator).
- Security: HMAC-SHA256 signature validation for all hardware co-processor commands.
- Safety: Hardcoded safety guardrails prevent vascular rupture and hyperglycemic shock.
git initpython main.py- Observe real-time biomechanical homeostasis under kinetic load.
