Upgrade the coverage provider alongside Vitest
This upgrades only vitest; the root still pins @vitest/coverage-v8 to 4.1.10. The committed lockfile records mutually exclusive exact peers: the v4 coverage provider requires vitest 4.1.10, while Vitest 5.0.3 requires @vitest/coverage-v8 5.0.3. Consequently npm ci reports an ERESOLVE peer override, and npm run test:coverage runs with an incompatible coverage plugin rather than the provider required by the new runner. Upgrade @vitest/coverage-v8 to the same 5.0.3 release and regenerate the lockfile.
