Fabric Mod?

Simple question, could this be converted or rewritten into a Fabric-compatible mod? I like to play on a Fabric server so I wanted to request that. That's all!

I've never actually made a mod before personally. My code and premise are all open source though so someone who does know how to make a mod could do so if they want to.
If not, then perhaps I'll take some time to look into modding and see what I can do on my own.
