Step by step instructions

Please read these instructions carefully. A number of issues raised come from not reading the instructions.

  • If you are running Roblox, close all instances of Roblox first

    • WARNING: Roblox may minimise itself to your tray. If this is the case, click Exit on the Roblox tray icon. Roblox tray icon

  • Run Multiple Roblox Instances. It is important you have Multiple Roblox Instances open before opening Roblox

  • Launch Roblox from account X (i.e. your main Roblox account) from the browser version of Roblox (that is, https://www.roblox.com/home, in your web browser), and wait for Roblox to launch

  • Launch Roblox from account Y (i.e. your alt account) from the browser version of Roblox

    • you need to use a different Roblox account

  • To log into a different Roblox account, you can:

    • log out and log into a different account (not recommended)
    • use Roblox's account switcher
    • use a different browser profile
    • use a browser extension to switch between accounts
    • anything else that allows you to launch from a different Roblox account
