Adds TestSecureWrapUnwrapKey which exercises the new secure wrap and secure unwrap operations end-to-end against a Managed HSM. The test gracefully skips when the operation is not permitted on the target HSM, matching the skip-on-server-fault pattern already used in TestReleaseKey. Also refactors TestReleaseKey to share the attestation token fetch helper getTestAttestationToken, used by both release and secure unwrap flows.
