Use

• This command is used to open a new ticket. Creates a new ticket if the user doesn't have an existing ticket and isn't currently punished.

This is the main ticket command used in the plugin. This command is used to either reply to an existing ticket, check the ticket message history of a ticket, or to close a currently open ticket.

• ticket.ticket.staff (To claim,close,history of tickets)
