Resolves npm audit high severity finding (GHSA-83w8-p2f5-377r, GHSA-8pvw-jcv7-9cmj) affecting @fastify/static <=10.1.1. No API usage changes needed; static file serving options (root, prefix, decorateReply, wildcard) are unchanged in v10.
