there are a few places where I need to go back and add citations. main points for feedback are:

• voice -- which sections / pghs are boring or should be simplified? I think describing results might be too much, lmk what you think
• conclusion and notes for reframing -- the conclusion is not that strong - depending on how we pitch this, I'd add a last sentence like "regulate Uber as an adult company" ...
