@MagicPillowGM and @Lyonsupernova - The rest of the literature in the wiki is more research based. The first two publications - especially the "What Would You Do?" is good background reading.
@MagicPillowGM - You might also like the "Putting mobile application privacy in context: An empirical study of user privacy expectations for mobile devices." for understanding how to use FVSurveys for privacy.
