Changes made were done to outdated version of dev branch so it is causing merging issues and its difficult to review changes. |

Added the config_areas_mapping.json file for a list of all TSOs to filter
Copied the previous filtering method and reworked it to fit to filter upon that
Removed the use of the now redundant filtering method post-metadata-queries but preserved the method itself
