cnec cosistency check function that checks whether each CNEC contains limits, or if they are Nan. If limits empty or Nan, removes them from CRAC flle. Should solve issue of CRAC file not being properly read, as some PSE new elements contain empty or Nan limits (not caught by crac builder pre-emptive exclusions) |
