Better downloading system

Currently, downloading via a direct link requires too many steps.

I don't know how the loading and file name designation works in other loading options (via yt, sc), but here is my general proposal:

1. The user should not have access to choose the file name.
2. Each uploaded file must be named using a hash.
3. When choosing to create a disc, the file name should not be specified, only the song title (the file must be linked to the song titles via the database)
4. Creating a disk should look like this /cd create <url> <song_name> or just /cd create <song_name> (for existing)
