This repository contains the scripts necessary to reproduce the figures of the publication "Griottes: : a generalist tool for network generation from segmented tissue images".
Each folder contains the essential data and the notebook enabling the generation of the network presented in the publication. The scripts illustrate how to make a network from a .csv file, 2D and 3D segmented images.
Running the scripts will require installing Griottes. For any difficulties regarding Griottes or its installation, we recommend the user notify us on the Griottes repository.
