So I was experimenting with ways to build the website in #20 and I see two solutions. We can have it build the website from scratch each time (as I did with 1ae25a3), but as you can see it takes almost half an hour to build the site... OR we keep the freeze files and just have it that if one is making any code changes then one needs to also build the website locally so that the freeze files are updated - which results in a quicker build time and status checks...

As someone who will probably end up making a lot of suggestions and is not as familiar with quarto what do you think would be the more user friendly approach?
