About The Pull Request
Some very little changes. All magcats except Auxillary ones are now
launch_onlysubtype. Tycoon has long and spacious runway, the catapults don't need their arresting capabilities for landing assist.Also fixes Bronze (mining) catapults to be actually linked to ATC tower control console.
Lastly, moves awkwardly placed disposal in dorms.
Why It's Good For The Game
Tycoon becomes a little more polished.
