Title in secondary input window does not update caption until you go into settings

The "Title" field in a secondary input window doesn't actually appear in the window's caption except immediately after setting it that window's Settings. Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the "Title" field in a secondary input window.
2. "Copy all window settings"
3. In another player or puppet's window, "Paste all window settings." The Title will not be displayed in the new window.

As another example:

1. Set the "Title" field in a secondary input window.
2. Disconnect and close that player or puppet's window/tab.
3. Reopen it again.
