Setting to make "Changing layout requires holding down Control" also lock tabs?

Would it be feasible for there to be a setting that would make it so we can't drag tabs around when it's toggled on? I have a terrible habit of accidentally dragging my tabs around or off of my bar, and being able to lock them in place would be very helpful.

Good suggestion! Arguably it's a bug that it doesn't work this way. I have it locally fixed so that the next update will work that way. Let me know how urgent it is to have an update with it.
