Summary

The Professional Support section on the Enterprise docs page implied the response SLA table was included with any enterprise license. This clarifies that while the dedicated Slack/Teams channel comes with every enterprise license, the response SLAs are available to customers on a paid support plan. Adds a line stating this above the table and a "get in touch" link to add a paid support plan.
