- Added KeyUsagePanel component to display usage statistics for API keys. - Integrated local storage for usage history and implemented data fetching from the API. - Enhanced error handling and loading states for better user experience. - Updated DevelopersPage to include KeyUsagePanel for each API key. - Refactored existing code for consistency and readability.

Adds a per-API-key usage UI so developers can see current window consumption, remaining quota, reset time and a small 24‑hour client-side sparkline/history. Approaching the limit shows a warning state and the unit label is derived from the response (JSON or X-RateLimit-* headers).
