• Change to MATLAB deployment

  We have decided to use the MATLAB deployment toolbox to distribute the code. The setup will require three virtual machines on bio-cs (Mac, Linux, and Windows). Each of those VMs need MATLAB installed. We will then need a semi-automated distribution method.

• Create documentation

  We need to create some official documentation complete with video demos. I've created some, and it can be found at www.metabolink.org, but we need to have a defined process for adding documentation. To edit this wiki page, we need to contact Ajith, so he can give everyone access.
