First draw of a font currently rasterizes every glyph on the main thread.
This adds an opt-in pre-bake: a NowFont gets a "Baked Pages" section in the inspector where you type or pick the characters (ASCII / Latin-1 / Latin Ext-A presets) and hit Bake.
