• Capture repository readiness for commercialization and provide prioritized improvements based on a recent assessment dated 2026-04-29.
• Surface gaps in buyer targeting, commercial packaging, partner enablement, and launch metrics to guide next steps.
• Provide an actionable 30/60/90 plan and suggested KPIs to help align product and GTM efforts.

Description

• Add a new documentation file docs/gtm-assessment.md containing an executive summary and an overall GTM readiness score of 7.5/10.
• Include an assessment table scoring narrative clarity, ICP and personas, adoption readiness, proof and trust signals, commercial packaging, distribution, and launch operations.
• Document key strengths and five prioritized GTM gaps, including ICP definition, business value proof, commercial packaging, partner enablement, and launch metrics.
• Provide a recommended 30/60/90 day plan and a set of suggested GTM KPIs to drive follow-up work.
