Copying Modifiers from Modifier Ontology

Clone or fork the copyModifierClasses Java class from GitHub.
Run the method with the following command line arguments:

/direct/pathname/to/local/owl/file
Each ConText.owl class that you would like to copy Modifier values from (e.g. "http://blulab.chpc.utah.edu/ontologies/v2/ConText.owl#Certainty", "http://blulab.chpc.utah.edu/ontologies/v2/ConText.owl#Experiencer", etc.) on a separate line.
