Switch Dependabot to security-only - #27

Remove the version-update config so Dependabot no longer opens routine weekly update PRs for every outdated dependency. Security updates (PRs only for known vulnerabilities) are enabled via repo Settings instead.

Switches Dependabot to security-only — no more routine weekly update PRs.

.github/dependabot.yml, which configured scheduled version updates (a PR for every outdated dependency). Without it, Dependabot stops opening routine update PRs.Required follow-up (repo admin, in Settings → Code security)
To still get PRs for actual vulnerabilities, enable:
These open a PR only when a dependency has a known CVE, with the fix — important-only, no noise.
Supersedes #26 (grouped version updates), now closed.
