Update PyPI version

I noticed that the latest changes to the Django-Mobile-Detector repository are not yet available on PyPI. It would be great if the latest stable release could be published to PyPI so that users can easily install it via pip:

pip install django-mobile-detect

Publishing to PyPI ensures that the package is up-to-date and easily accessible for those relying on the Python Package Index.
