fix the mac example project to run on Xcode 12.5.1 and Swift 5.4

glBindFramebuffer(GLenum(GL_FRAMEBUFFER), 0)
glBindRenderbuffer(GLenum(GL_RENDERBUFFER), 0)
DispatchQueue.main.async { [self] in

I don't think you want OpenGL commands to be executed on the main thread
