Add git support and a diff support so ai code changes are applied instead of overlapping causing errors

Hi, love your progress, I tested the app and I saw a few things that could improve. Add git and version control support, as AI keeps repeating same errors and new changes overlapping AI should be able to read files and edit then, then add a a spinner when thinking is hidden so user knows it's still working and a small arrow to show thinking again.
