- Merge upstream/main to bring in latest changes - Add PERCENTILE.INC, PERCENTILE.EXC statistical functions - Add PERCENTRANK.INC, PERCENTRANK.EXC statistical functions - Create new percentile.rs module in statistical/ directory - Register functions with hardcoded lookups for localization - Add comprehensive tests for all four functions
