architecture

Central registry.yaml catalogs all launchers: name, runtime, platform wiring, health status. Cross-platform path resolution handles Linux/macOS differences. Bridge launchers use supergateway to proxy stdio to persistent HTTP endpoints. All launchers versioned, tested, deployed via single registration point
