Summary
Evolves IX-StellaratorForge to v0.5.0 while preserving the existing SFR-1 Rev A reference architecture and v0.4 evidence.
This release adds SFR-2 Rev A as a separately gated assumption-breaker architecture for investigating staggered high-field stellarator geometry, enhanced rotational transform, and phase-controlled dynamic compression.

SFR-2 remains an exploratory computational candidate.
The primary H_ISS04=1 screening cases do not cross the optimistic ignition proxy, and the implementation assigns no unmodeled performance credit to phase-controlled RF effects or magnetic flux compression.
This release does not demonstrate finite-beta dynamic MHD stability, kinetic confinement, qualified high-field magnets, full-3D tritium breeding, ignition, net-electric fusion, safety qualification, or hardware operation.
