…ppings Refines custom doctypes and field mappings across encounter, referral, project, medication, staff log, and test result flows. Includes consistency updates to custom metadata and related server-side behavior, with pre-commit checks passing for clean PR readiness.
Drops custom/bandhu_clinic_session.json so CI does not attempt customization sync for a custom doctype definition. The canonical schema remains in doctype/bandhu_clinic_session.
